You will find that all you need to do is stop at the grocery store for your meal items and you will be able to enjoy cooking in one of two beautiful kitchens. Or you can just order take out from any of the wonderful Kailua restaurants and use the kitchens just for heatups and beverages!

Rates: $1000 a night
In Hawaii, transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 13.962% consisting of TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) of 9.25% plus GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.712%.
We will secure a refundable $1000 security deposit. There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee of $500 per booking.
