Can a small vacation property change the world?

We’re not sure, but we believe that when it comes to making a Greener world, every little bit counts.

So, what are we doing to help?

We’ve switched over to energy efficient bulbs wherever possible, for one. The nifty decorations and furniture are, for the most part, finding a second life after being refurbished or given TLC. Rather than creating more stuff, we use real antiques, softly used furniture, and other found objects. Not only does it help create the warm feeling of home, it helps the world stay greener. We’re also making efforts to recycle the trash that remains after you enjoy our property.

We still have a long way to go, but we’re positively focused on doing our part. It is our way of making the world, and our neighborhoods, a happier place to live and vacation.

Oh, and we just so you know, once you stay at one of our properties we consider you part of our family and you can stay at any of our other properties (Big Island, Oahu, Guatemala) at a special family discount. Just ask your host.
