The spacious main house is uniquely engineered with vaulted ceilings and many windows that capture the trade winds and keep the home naturally cool with ocean breeze, no need for air conditioning in this home!  This house has 3 bedrooms–2 with King beds and one very cool ‘Surf’s Up’ room for kids.  The Master bathroom has both a  jacuzzi style bathtub and a large open shower.

The open and spacious dining/kitchen/living room has counter seating and a table that seats 8.  It also contains for your viewing pleasure, an 82″ TV/DVD/CD/IPOD system that incorporates speakers throughout the main home and pool area.

The villas contain one private King bedroom that opens up to the pool & 2 separate rooms with King beds, bathrooms and  loft rooms with full beds.  These rooms are separated upstairs by a relaxing study/lounge area.  At the back of the villas is a patio area with a ping pong table for fun and entertainment.

The lot is long enough to setup a volleyball net, play soccer, yard games or just enjoy watching the kids run themselves tired!  The view of the Koolau Mountain range throughout the day brings peace of mind and the stargazing in the night is beautiful.

Rates:

Rental rates are $900 per night.  In Hawaii, transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 13.962% consisting of TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) of 9.25% plus GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.712%.

We will secure a refundable $1000 security deposit.  There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee of $500 per booking.
